As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Composite Repair Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

Perform composite repairs on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, control surfaces, and fairings.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify damage, defects, or corrosion on composite components.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to determine repair procedures and specifications.
Use precision tools and equipment to prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and fabricate composite patches.
Follow established repair processes and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Document all repair activities, including work performed, materials used, and inspection results.
Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and other team members to troubleshoot complex repair issues and develop innovative solutions.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in composite repair preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft composite repair or a related field.
Proficiency in composite repair techniques, including wet layup, vacuum bagging, and autoclave curing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Familiarity with aerospace regulations and industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
