As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Managing Director of KVE and are responsible for managing all financial processes. You will be a strategic sparring partner for the management team and operational managers. You will also work closely with the HR Manager and Daher’s headquarters in France. You will provide the organization with solid financial reports and analyses, helping us maintain full control over our financial flows.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Delivering financial analyses and trend insights for projects and operational managers, as well as supporting the development of (financial) business cases
Preparing and contributing to monthly business reviews and actively following up on improvements together with the management team
Managing and coordinating the reliability of feedback data for the various management cycles, including reporting to our parent company Daher
Optimizing management information and improving systems and procedures through the development of (partly still to be built) financial dashboards
Responsible for accounts receivable management and maintaining sound financial and accounting records, in line with IAS standards
Actively participating in various improvement projects, including supporting and monitoring standardization and improvement initiatives in the financial administrative organization
Your luggage
A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Business Economics, Finance & Control, or a similar field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a comparable role, preferably in a complex industrial project environment such as the aerospace industry
Experience with various subsidy processes and financial reporting
Experience with SAP
Understanding of key IFRS standards is a plus
Analytical and structured approach
Proactive, independent, and decisive working style
Eager to take a leading role in a dynamic and change-oriented environment
Ability to combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and persuade others
Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a strong advantage

Your route
You will work in an international team of nearly 80 employees, with the freedom to independently identify risks and improvement opportunities. You’ll be involved in various projects based on your area of expertise. Working conditions
One-year contract (32–40 hours) with the prospect of a permanent contract
25 vacation days + 2 additional days off (ATV)
