Your destination

In your role as Senior Structural Design engineer, you are the technical responsible for the executing of engineering tasks in various projects, especially within the product design phase. Your focus will be on the structural design of composite products. Depending on project size and your experience, you will execute a complete project by yourself or be part of an engineering team. 

Your luggage

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for composites and/or aerospace! You have gathered your working experience within a high-tech engineering-manufacturing environment and are eager to extend your capabilities within the field of composite design. You have hands on experience, can-do mentality, are a true team player and know what it takes to meet customer expectations. In addition you have:

  • BSc / MSc / BEng Degree in Aerospace, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering;

  • More than 10 years working experience in technical environment, preferably aerospace;

  • Experience in leading structural design process of composite structures;

  • Extensive experience in Solidworks and Catia is preferable;

  • Extensive experience in Ansys and Siemens Simcenter is preferable;

  • Proven record in taking a leading role in customer interactions;

  • Excellent command of English and/or Dutch language;

  • You have permit to work in the Netherlands.

Working Conditions

A one year contract (32-40 hours) with prospect to permanent employment
