Your destination

We are growing – and we’re looking another Work Preparator. You will be responsible for the preparation of the production by following the general production planning as communicated by the Planner. This includes preparing the production documentation required, order picking for production and check whether the production can be executed correctly. You will be working closely with Warehouse and Planner for serial production. For new developments you will work closely with the engineering and production team to ensure a well-coordinated and executed production together.

Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of required hardcopy work instructions, routing and drawings

• Order picking of required materials

• Preparation of moulds

• Inform Planner and Team Lead on production status/progress

• Implementation of production alterations

• Correct closure of projects

Tasks: 

• Preparation of calculations in PdC (Our ERP-system)

• Checking the required documentation in production folder

• Inform and coordinate with procurement

• Communicate with both engineering and production

• Optimization of production processes

• Adjust work documentation and drawings in consultation

• Closing projects, evaluate and store documentation

• Supporting Zund operating / preparing nestings
