Are you the skilled painter who gives our high-tech composite products their perfect finish?
At KVE, you will not be working on standard products. You'll be finishing technically advanced components used in aerospace and other cutting-edge industries. Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality ensure that every product leaves our facility looking and performing exactly as intended.
Your mission
Preparing and finishing products
You carefully prepare composite components and apply coatings and paint systems in accordance with specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Your work will contribute directly to aircraft components, radar systems, rotor blades, and other advanced composite products.
Working with professional equipment
You use a variety of materials, tools, and spray equipment to apply high-quality finishes. You also ensure that equipment and work areas are properly maintained to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
Maintaining quality standards
You inspect your own work and have a keen eye for detail. You identify deviations early and ensure every product meets the required quality, appearance, and performance standards.
Recording production data
You accurately document production activities and inspection results to support traceability and compliance requirements.
Collaborating and improving
You work closely with colleagues throughout Production and actively contribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and workplace organization.
Working in shifts
This position operates in a three-shift system. Depending on the schedule, shifts start at 06:00, 07:00, or 08:00.
What you bring
Experience as an industrial painter, spray painter, or in a similar finishing role.
Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a strong advantage.
An affinity for technology and high-quality technical products.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A careful and professional approach to tools, materials, and equipment.
A structured way of working with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Sufficient Dutch and/or English language skills to understand work instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
